History

The Comar yard has been around for more than 50 years. In 1961 they started making Flying Juniors and in 1971 the first Comet 910 came. This yacht was revolutionary and immediately won the competitions with great force majeure. Soon after, the yard became known for their fast and comfortable yachts. Since then, many “winning” designs have been created and many thousands of Comets sail on all waters in the world. Currently the range starts at the 21 footer and ends at a 100 foot superyacht. Despite the fact that occasionally a “monohull” is still being built, the focus of the yard is now completely on the C-Catamaran’s.
